Release and Rise

This workshop will feature a supportive circle, meditation, visualisation, journaling, gentle movement and a ceremony to let go of old beliefs and set new intentions with action to move forward.

There was a time when the connection and power of the divine feminine was celebrated women were powerful wisdom keepers, following the cycle of life, the elements and the moon were how people lived their life and it was shared down from generation to generation. 

Much damage and trauma has created by his-story and the patriarchal and hierarchy systems. It is time to release our old beliefs and patterns. It is time to Re-member, Re-discover and Re-Connect.

Join me as we explore and honour our own limitations, release what holds us back and make space to set new intentions and create the vision to take action.

This will be a safe space to ask yourself…What do I need? And to let yourself feel nurtured and loved, as you grow, transform and flourish in your life.

It will help you if you want to disempower old beliefs of fear, control and separation and are ready to Remember, Rediscover and Reconnect with the power of love and support for each other with self love, healing and harmony.
