✨ Each month we will work with a healing energy, learning different modalities and intuitionÂ
Please note:
- You do not have to be a trained or qualified energy healer to participate, just come with an open heart.
- If needed drums are provided but if you have your own please do bring it.
- Wear something comfortable and cosy
- You are invited to bring a journal and pen
- Bring a water bottle if required (water and herbal tea will be available)
- Yoga mats are provided
