Now I look back I am grateful for my journey from burnout to self love with self care, on this path I discover such wisdom and power from the very people I invite you to join us to our next retreat.

On the 24th March for the Spring Equinox we welcome you to nourish and nurture your mind, body and soul with a day full of  inspiring and empowering workshops with transformational and motivational speakers.
