The next Self CareThe next Self Care Self Love Retreat will be held at the beautiful venue "The View" in Welwyn Garden City, part of the Tewinbury Farm estate overlooking Gardens and the Golf Course.
On the 23rd March for the Spring Equinox we welcome you to nourish and nurture your mind, body and soul with a day full of  inspiring and empowering workshops with transformational and motivational speakers.
The importance of looking after our own Self Care, Self Love and Self Compassion has never been more important to our well being. Lets start the new season with intention to live a life feeling Aligned to what we wish to receive.
