The next Self CareThe next Self Care Self Love Retreat is back by popular demand at the beautiful venue "The View" in Welwyn Garden City, overlooking Gardens and the Golf Course.

On the 22nd June we will celebrate rhe enegry of the SUmmer Solstice and the Full Moon we welcome you to honour your journey, nourish and nurture your mind, body and soul with a day full of  inspiring and empowering workshops with transformational and motivational speakers.

The importance of looking after our own Self Care, Self Love and Self Compassion has never been more important to our well being. Lets start the new season with intention to live a life of liberation.
